My name is Arianna Avila, and I’m a dedicated lending professional with over 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I began my career at Lending Concepts as an intern, grew into a loan processor, and now serve as a loan officer. My background in processing has given me a strong foundation for guiding clients through the lending process with care, accuracy, and efficiency. I’m proud to serve both agents and borrowers with the knowledge and experience I’ve built throughout my career.
I was born and raised in Fresno and have lived here my entire life, which gives me a deep connection to the community I proudly serve. I graduated from Fresno State in 2014 with a business degree, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics—knowledge that continues to support my work every day. As a Spanish-speaking professional, I’m also able to assist and connect with a broader range of clients, ensuring clear communication and a comfortable experience throughout the lending process.
